Airport Pick Up
On arrival at the UK airport, if you need a pick-up service to take you to your selected destination or the accommodation, we would be able to arrange it for you at a minimum fee.
If you would require this service you must inform us about your flight details as you know it. The details should include the name of the airline, flight number, date, expected time of arrival, airport you are flying from and the airport you are arriving at.
Accommodation
Kingston Welfare provides assistance in finding a suitable accommodation for the students when they first arrive in the UK. If any students require accommodation, they should notify KW at the time of application. At the latest, students should notify two weeks before the arrival in the UK. Student Welfare Officer takes care of the accommodation facilities. All inquiries regarding the accommodation should be sent to info@kingstonwelfare.org
National Insurance
Anyone who is employed or looking for work in the UK is required to obtain a National Insurance number. To apply for National Insurance number, student will have to call the NI Helpline number. Student will need to supply the following information when applying:
• Name, address and phone number
• Employers name address and phone number
• Nationality

Health Services
Treatment under Britain's National Health Service will be given to students on courses of over 6 months or longer.
KCOL would offer assistance and provide a supporting letter if needed to the international students to register with their local General Practitioner (Doctor). This will entitle the students to free hospital treatment through the UK National Health Service.
